The problem
Printed QR codes normally have to be replaced when their destination changes. Users also needed a simple way to see whether their codes were being scanned without adding an external tracking service.
What I built
I built the plugin in PHP and JavaScript on WordPress and MySQL. Each code uses a permanent URL that redirects to an editable destination. A custom aggregate table records daily scan totals without storing IP addresses, devices or individual visit records.

Result
A complete QR workflow that runs inside WordPress
- Editable destinations without reprinting the QR code
- All-time, daily, 7-day and 30-day scan reporting
- Custom print cards plus PNG and SVG downloads
