- I reduce the work to clear parts, choose the simplest suitable approach and deal with the risky decisions early.
- 03Build in useful pieces.
- I ship working parts, test the important paths and keep the implementation understandable as the project grows.

- I handle deployment, watch how the software behaves in production and improve it based on real use.
