The problem
Small sites benefit from portable content files, but authors still need the practical parts of a CMS: validation, previews, media, relationships, search and safe editorial access.
What I built
I built a Go CMS around YAML frontmatter and Markdown, with typed collection schemas, filtering, pagination, relations, automatic cache invalidation and a companion content CLI. The browser admin includes a split editor, live preview, local draft recovery, async saves and a media library. Publishing regenerates the search index, sitemap, robots file and blog feed.

Result
A complete editing and publishing workflow without a database server
- Content stays portable as ordinary files
- Typed schemas and validation cover both web and CLI writes
- Session roles, login lockouts and delete-to-trash protect editorial work
